Service Maintenance

As a result of the growing complexity of many Building Services installations that we undertake as a business we offer Routine Maintenance Contracts to our clients in order to maintain optimum efficiency and wellbeing of the plant installed and also to maintain extended manufacturer’s warranties.

All new works are provided with a standard 12 months manufacturer’s warranty however without regular maintenance of recommended consumables failures can still occur.  It is for this reason that William Bailey Ltd offer their Routine Maintenance service contracts to all their clients on completion.

All contract customers are provided with a 24 hour emergency telephone service.  Furthermore all engineers carry mobile communications and satellite tracker and can be contacted quickly in the event of a breakdown in order to attend reactive call outs.

In addition to the service call out facility William Bailey have a small work department which carries out system breakdowns and end user small works where either repair or replacement work needs to be undertaken.  This inherent knowledge of the installations from the outset ultimately provides clients with the complete service from initial inception right through to service call out and maintenance.

Similarly being WaterMark and Gas Safe Registered William Bailey Ltd can self-administer all new incoming mains cold water services to boundary meter connections along with providing all new installation and Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificates.

Examples of service clients include various schools across the Midlands along with local authority leisure centres, libraries and other public buildings along with various other end user clients such as Bison Concrete, Sterigenics (UK), Trelleborg, various Caravan & Motorhome Club sites and the Whitbread & Southill Country Estates.
