We will maintain strong working relationships and standards by consistently meeting agreed payment terms and evaluating services provided. Early novation of each Project Management Team, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors guarantees clients that we operate with a common goal and a shared vision from the onset.
Through excellent planning, employing quality people, and a commitment to innovation and value engineering we understand, meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our clients. A dedicated aftercare team will ensure all clients are supported at the time of practical completion and beyond.

William Bailey Ltd advocate a behavioural safety and worker engagement approach to Safety, Health & Environment. A change in safety culture through training seminars results in every worker becoming responsible for Safety, Health & Environment in the workplace. We will continue to reduce any accidents annually and working at all levels of the business to guarantee safety is our highest priority. We strive to become an ‘injury free workplace’.

Supporting Young People
We believe in supporting young people and this is underpinned by our continual investment in apprenticeships. We work closely with local schools and colleges from Year 10 and 11 students upwards and in particular we have worked with Henry Brothers (Midlands) and Aldercar High School in Heanor to support their Apprentice Incentive Scheme.
We consistently recruit apprentices on an annual basis and all apprentices participate in fully recognised apprenticeship training schemes.
