Description of Works
South Wingfield Station Building is a Refurb comprising of Toilet Areas, Staff Offices/Kitchenette. This consisted of Ventilation and LTHW Heating works.
- Installation of Local Extract Systems in all toilet areas and kitchen
- Installation of Air Source Heat Pump located outside the Plantroom. Installed to satisfy the VT Heating demand from the newly installed underfloor heating.
