Description of Works:
This former factory located on King Street, Leicester is built up of 5No separate existing buildings that have been fully refurbished to create a 60,000 sq ft base for new businesses in Leicester City Centre.
Our works included a new heating system throughout extended from an existing plate heat exchanger and district heating serving new radiators, trench and overdoor heaters, all new mechanical ventilation via rooftop central air handling plant modulated by internal VAV dampers / CO2 detection for improved efficiency, domestic hot and cold water and air conditioning for comfort cooling. All controlled by a new sitewide BMS System.
