Description of Works -The Project consisted of working within the GG Block Plantroom installing new District Heating which feeds to two new heating system plate heat exchangers, the new plate heat exchangers will then circulate heating to the new low loss header which will then feed off to the various LTHW heating circuits within the building and plantroom. The system will then be hydraulically re-balancing and regulating valves were set.
- Installation of a new Supply and Extract Air Handling Units
- Installation of new district heating pipework to two new brazed plate heat exchangers
- Installation of new LTHW heating pumps which serve existing heating circuits
- Installation of new BMS panel and associated controls
- Installation of new Switch Panel
