Description of Works:-
- The Grade II listed building dating back to the 1500`s was painstakingly rebuilt after extensive Fire Damage.
- William Bailey installed new Heating, Ventilation and Cooling Systems for the Estate Office in a discrete and sympathetic manner to meet the stringent Planning Requirements for this Historic Building.
- The heating medium was provided centrally by a Biomass Heating Plant.
