Description of Works –
Modifications have been made to the existing heating system within the existing church.
- Replacement of existing boilers complete with new low loss header, pipework, pumps and new controls system.
- Installation of new pipework from the new plantroom on the first floor to the existing basement plantroom.
- Installation of new plate heat exchanger, pump and BMS panel which connects to the existing hall pipework and existing radiators
- Installation of new controls valves on the Hall radiator.
- Installation of new mild steel pipework within the Vestiary area which feeds to various new fan coil units and various size radiators
- Installation of new toilets complete with a new hot water heater and new sanitaryware
