Description of Works –
Modifications were made to the existing building now known as EMAS – Fleet Depot
- Installation of new ventilation system to provide supply & extract air to the newly formed rooms both on the first floor and ground floor areas.
- Installation of separate stand alone extract fan to provide an extract system to the below rooms:
Sluice
Store - Installation of new CAT 5 booster set against the existing boiler which supplies boosted cold water to the workshop bays as well as the new outdoor jet wash.
- Installation of new connection has been made into the existing mains cold water supply to feed the below rooms:-

Drugs Transfer

Store
- Installation of Local Hot water heaters to each area above to provide hot water to each outlet as required.
- The existing boiler which feeds the existing two storey office area has been services as part of these works.
- The existing gas heater which is installed in the workshop area has been serviced as part of these works.
- The existing Ambirad heaters have been re-positioned to suit the new layout, the existing gas supply has been altered to suit the new heater layout.
- Installation of new electric heaters to provide heat to the below rooms
