Description of Works – Mechanical works were carried out to a new Sports Hall and Gym Area within the existing school grounds to provide Heating, Ventilation, Domestic Services
- Installation of Electric Radiant Panel Heaters within the Sports Hall
- Installation of Electric Panel Heaters to the Gym
- Installation of a new dedicated Air Handling Unit to provide fresh air and extract to the new Sports Hall area, this has built in DX coil which provide heated air in the Winter and cooled air in the Summer
- Installation of several new Heat Recovery Units within the Gym Area to provide fresh air and extract to the designated areas
- Installation of new ceiling cassettes to the Gym Area
- Installation of 50L Hot Water Vessel complete with 3KW Immersion Heater to provide hot water to the newly installed toilets within the Gym Area
- Installation of trace heated hot water pipework
